This position involves both nursery and yard responsibilities, including watering plants, helping customers, and operating equipment.</p><h4 data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"608\"><strong data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"606\">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4><ul data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"1016\"><li data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"666\">Water, prune, and maintain plants, trees, and shrubs.</li><li data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"725\">Assist customers with plant selection and care advice.</li><li data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"802\">Load and unload materials, including assisting customers with purchases.</li><li data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"881\">Operate forklifts or other equipment to move products (training provided).</li><li data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"944\">Keep the nursery, yard, and warehouse clean and organized.</li><li data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"986\">Inspect plants for pests and disease.</li><li data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1016\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h4 data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1044\"><strong data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1042\">Qualifications:</strong></h4><ul data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1350\"><li data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1123\">Prior nursery, yard, or landscaping experience preferred but not required.</li><li data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1183\">Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1237\">Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1298\">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.</li><li data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1350\">Forklift experience is a plus but not required.</li></ul><h4 data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1378\"><strong data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1376\">Schedule &amp; Pay:</strong></h4><ul data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1527\"><li data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1437\">Seasonal position with full-time or part-time options.</li><li data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1479\">Weekend availability may be required.</li><li data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1527\">Competitive hourly pay based on experience.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
