In this role, you'll take ownership of mechanical design projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop, improve, and optimize our product range. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on product development while growing your professional skill set in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components using advanced 3D CAD software (Solid Edge, Inventor, or equivalent)</li><li>Create comprehensive technical drawings, assemblies, and detailed documentation that meet internal design standards and industry specifications</li><li>Perform analytical mechanical calculations, including dimensioning, structural analysis, pressure assessments, and stress evaluations</li><li>Develop and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the design lifecycle</li><li>Lead or support prototype development, testing, and validation activities, translating designs into functional products</li><li>Investigate design issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions through collaborative problem-solving</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and product teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with customer requirements</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help establish best practices in mechanical design and engineering processes</li><li>Document design decisions, maintain design records, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations</li></ul>",
