All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.</p>\n<p><strong>FEMALES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY TO THIS FIELD BASED POSITION.</strong></p>\n<h2>Duties, Responsibilities & Other</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities*: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform <strong>topographic data extraction</strong> to develop detailed <strong>3D models, topographic features, and GIS assets</strong> for infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>Process and analyze survey field data, LiDAR, and 3D datasets</li>\n <li>Generate <strong>Digital Terrain Models (DTMs)</strong>, including breaklines, contours, and surface features</li>\n <li>Utilize extracted data to produce accurate base mapping and design-ready surfaces</li>\n <li>Applicant needs to have a minimum of two years survey drafting experience utilizing surveying, Civil3D and/or MicroStation softwares. Candidates with experience working in one software must be willing to learn the other software along with additional survey technician software programs. </li>\n <li>Daily working CAD drafting skills are required; knowledge regarding land surveying; ability to analyze field data, utilize 3D data; ability to work with a team to take field data and produce CAD files and maps is a must.</li>\n <li>Open Roads experience preferred. Willingness to learn Open Roads</li>\n <li>Applicants should be proficient in generating digital terrain models (DTM’s), creating break lines and contours. </li>\n <li>Applicants should be able to perform land record research (deeds and plats) and be able to plot deeds and plats in a CADD environment.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to take directions and create quality CAD products including topographic maps, boundary maps, and ALTA/NSPS land title maps.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license required.  Must have clean record, good work ethic, reliable. </li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Project Execution:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Accurately record and report daily forms per project requirements.</li>\n   <li>Adhere to project scope, schedule, and budget.</li>\n   <li>Review all work assigned before beginning and ensure all tasks are performed according to applicable industry standards and client requirements.</li>\n   <li>Inspect and correct work for completeness and accuracy before submission.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Communication:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Effectively communicate with staff and supervisors to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.</li>\n   <li>Clearly communicate workflow needs to your team and supervisor.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Compliance:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Understand and follow OSHA Safety Standards and KCI corporate policies at all times.</li>\n   <li>Review job site safety daily and take immediate action to document and resolve issues.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Participate in cross-training as requested to enhance team capabilities.</li>\n   <li>Work collaboratively with your team to maximize production and accuracy.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Other Tasks:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Submit accurate time sheets, mileage, and expense reports on time each week.</li>\n   <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>* Essential Duties and Responsibilities are the basic job functions that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation. </em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Skills Required: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience</li>\n <li>Highschool Diploma/GED</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain required certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment.
