Qualified candidates will know their way around PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPress. Innovation and new ideas are essential to our work. We also value integrity, mutual respect, and a strong work ethic.</p>\n<p>While our working environment is flexible and easygoing, we expect everyone at BARE to work hard and meet deadlines.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities Include:        </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the EU sales teams to complete RFPs (language best practices, PowerPoint and Word proposals, Excel forms) and track B2B lead conversions.</li>\n<li>Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and social media to promote the company. We use Canva for media design and collaboration.</li>\n<li>Work with our digital marketing partner in the management and execution of marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, and content strategy.</li>\n<li>Research and publish content for the BARE Blog and other content opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Performance Indicators:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total B2B Leads and Conversions</li>\n<li>Social Media Impression Growth and Engagement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Language Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hungarian: Professional Working Proficiency</li>\n<li>English: Professional Working Proficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>To excel in this role, be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Expect daily challenges and chances to grow.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills are necessary. Respect others while handling multiple tasks efficiently.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of social media best practices is a must. We celebrate creativity and innovation!</li>\n<li>High competency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.</li>\n<li>Programs utilized weekly: Canva, Instapage, HootSuite, PowerPoint, WordPress.</li>\n<li>Experience is a plus.
