About the role: Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Projects, the Senior Project Engineer is responsible for leading small to medium-sized capital projects from concept development and planning through execution and commissioning. Projects typically include earthworks, civil infrastructure, industrial buildings, and other site development initiatives. This role works closely with operations, technical services, maintenance, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. To be successful, we are looking for someone who is collaborative and results-oriented engineering professional with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
