font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Review scope of work with superintendent and execute key functions, while also performing hands on tasks. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist the superintendent with organizing and coordinating the daily activities of all crew members, sub-contractors and equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to effectively lead, mentor and motivate crew while demonstrating team values and work ethic.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Schedule equipment and manpower needs with superintendent </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensure all applicable environmental regulations are adhered to throughout the construction process. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Attend project closeout meeting to ensure successful completion of projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Document all pertinent project information, including site conditions, employee issues, and changes in scope of work. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Review grade sheets for accuracy. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Review and submit electronic timesheets on a daily basis. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Behave in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, their co-workers and others on the work sites. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Report unsafe work, unsafe conditions, incidents, injuries and near misses to supervisor and participate in the investigative process. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, schedules and costing reports. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Thorough understanding of construction procedures and safety practices. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A strong technical computer capability using mobile devices is preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong work ethic with demonstrated dedication and reliability. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Extensive knowledge of proper equipment utilization, operation and maintenance. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Understanding of contracts, asset utilization and costing. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Active Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) Certification. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ground Disturbance. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
