Serasana Littleton is a Wellness Center that fuses ancient wellness practices, specializing in stress and pain management, by encouraging regular use of acupuncture, yoga, massage, healing tea and remedies.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">We are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our Littleton team. Our environment is unique--we have a beautiful tea bar and a thoughtful retail selection that supports our clients on their wellness journey. We have seven treatment rooms with additional space to offer group acupuncture several days per week.  </span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\"> </span></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li> Must be comfortable with group acupuncture sessions and working multiple rooms at a time.</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Understand the Serasana model of health and wellness, and work together with fellow team members to help our clients take full advantage of available offerings</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Meet with clients to obtain information about their concerns, symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, and psychological health</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Make diagnoses, according to Chinese Medicine and determine session strategies</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Explain procedures to clients and prepare them for session</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Identify precise locations on client’s body where needles should be inserted, or where electrical or heat stimulation is to be applied</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Competent with the following modalities: acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion and electrical stimulation of the needles </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Following each session, consult with the client about other therapies, diet, exercise, and overall wellness</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Suggest appropriate inclusion of herbal medicine, and provide client with Wellness Prescription</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Evaluate session outcomes and maintain client records as SOAP Notes</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Comply with quality, safety, and infection-prevention protocols, as well as laws and regulations</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Maintain continuing education requirements, read trade journals, and keep up-to-date on industry practices and regulations</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;
