    "description": "<p><u><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></u>:</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Develops, organizes and implements a high quality YMCA swim team program.&nbsp; Provides quality experience to all members focused around the YMCA core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><u><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following, other duties may be assigned:</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Direct, supervise and implement swim team program activities to meet YMCA objectives.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Train, develop, schedule and direct personnel and volunteers as needed. Assist in the evaluation of staff and volunteers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Create and schedule swim team practices and meets.</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate all aspects of swim meets to include meet sheets, set-up, and volunteer solicitation to ensure the overall success of swim meets.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain accurate, complete and timely records.
