Will work alongside a Process Engineer and report to the Manager of Process Engineering.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify all tooling and assist with their installation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify machine set ups and if required assist with the required adjustments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze Data to determine areas to focus on for continuous improvement</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshooting day to day issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist Process Engineer with developing and testing new processes and projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in the dispositions of component and product related anomalies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in training and verification of operators to the SOP process</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Education: High School or two-year vocational degree</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Technical report writing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and in a team environment]</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stand/walk/move about specific work area</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bend/reach/twist/stoop</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lift to 50+ lbs. on a frequent basis</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Combination of office and plant-floor learning experiences.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exposure to industrial equipment, heat, and noise (PPE provided).</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>EEO Statement:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Giti Tire Mfg. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
