You will be responsible for developing and modifying SEO and GEO strategies to help them reach their goals.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Day-to-day work includes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Developing and executing well-planned SEO and GEO strategies for a variety of clients, including international and challenging accounts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proactively refining strategies based on the performance of major KPIs, account metrics, and client goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conducting keyword research, mapping, and optimization to create a clear keyword strategy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Performing technical SEO audits and troubleshooting advanced technical issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Setting up keyword position tracking and other performance monitoring tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating with clients during onboarding and throughout campaigns to align on strategic goals and establish KPIs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Here’s what we’re looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of experience in SEO, including technical optimization, keyword strategy, and performance analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Curiosity and excitement to stay ahead of emerging AI search trends, and the ability to learn and test new ideas rapidly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to forecast, analyze, and report on organic search performance metrics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience with utilizing AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini to optimize websites and website content</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
