This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys hunting for new business, building a customer portfolio, and creating long-term revenue growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers. Identify customer transportation and logistics needs and present customized solutions. Conduct sales presentations, customer meetings, and business development activities. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful execution of services. Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records within CRM systems. Stay informed on transportation market trends and industry developments. Consistently achieve sales goals and business development objectives. Qualifications Preferred Experience Minimum of one (1) year of professional sales experience preferred. Transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, supply chain, or B2B sales experience is a plus but not required. Experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities. Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
