    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Job Description</p><p>Coordinates maintenance of supplies, instruments, and equipment used in operating room.</p><p>Job Responsibility</p><p>1.Ensures maintenance of surgical implants and supply par levels; places purchase orders for required surgical implants and supplies; receives surgical supply deliveries.&nbsp;</p><p>2.Verifies accuracy of deliveries with purchase orders on file.&nbsp;</p><p>3.Transports and stores items in appropriate locations. Enters implant tracking serial numbers into department computer system.&nbsp;</p><p>4.Reviews daily case schedule and pick lists and prepares case carts accordingly.&nbsp;</p><p>5.Enters each patient’s surgical supply profile in department computer system.&nbsp;</p><p>6.Captures and records surgical supply charges for all surgical cases.&nbsp;</p><p>7.Identifies and corrects implant and supply discrepancies, as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>8.Maintains constant communication with Purchasing, Materials Management, and related departments.&nbsp;</p><p>9.Performs related duties as required.&nbsp;</p><p>All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.</p><p>Job Qualification</p><ul><li>Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, required.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience, required.</li><li>Peri-op Materials Management strongly preferred.</li><li>Prior work experience in OR setting strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 10lbs and push up to 300lbs strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br><strong>*Additional Salary Detail</strong><br>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
