Our team has completed projects all across Texas, including Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Service Plumber</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p>\n<p>The Service Plumber, is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaiing pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in commerical and industrial buidlings.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials</li>\n <li>Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids</li>\n <li>Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation</li>\n <li>Assemble fittings and valves for installation</li>\n <li>Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building</li>\n <li>Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems</li>\n <li>Perform scheduled maintenance</li>\n <li>Service and repair domestic plumbing appliances and fixtures</li>\n <li>Adhere to safety standards and building codes</li>\n <li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</li>\n <li>Proven experience as a plumber, Journeyman required</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in commercial and industrial environments</li>\n <li>Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)</li>\n <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Friendly and professional demeanor</li>\n <li>Valid drivers license and Plumbing License</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and handle complex systems</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills and abilities.</li>\n <li>Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
