    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><span>JOB FUNCTION</span></p><p><span>Manages the day-to-day operations\nwithin Linemark&rsquo;s warehouse. Oversees the receiving in of product and the\npicking, packing and shipping of all warehouse orders. Responds to and provides\ngreat customer service to all Linemark clients and internal employees. Gives\ndaily direction to other warehouse workers and possesses the ability to\nidentify areas falling behind and can proactively act to get back on track.</span></p><p><strong><span>Work\nEnvironment:</span></strong></p><p><span>Work indoors; traveling to and from internal departments, as needed. <em>May be\nexposed to:</em> Noise while inside the Company via printing equipment, presses, etc. May be required to work in both extreme heat and cold while in the warehouse.</span></p><p><strong><span>General\nPhysical Mobility:</span></strong></p><p><span>Standing:</span><span><span> </span>Up\nto seven hours a day, during a seven and one half hour shift.<span> </span><span>Walking:</span><span> </span>Within Linemark, up to seven hours a day. <span>Bending, stooping, twisting of the trunk,\nand reaching. Pushing and/or pulling. Required to be able to continuously lift\nitems weighing up to 50 lbs.</span></span></p><p><span>DUTIES</span></p><p><span>Proper operation of forklift, pallet\njack, hand truck and other equipment to safety and productivity requirements,\nincluding but not limited to: move materials to proper staging areas within\ndepartments or designation locations.</span></p><p><span>Packaging of products to be shipped\nand coordination of transportation services. UPS, FedEx, USPS (and other 3<sup>rd</sup> Party Shippers) software is to be used effectively and understood for summary reporting on request.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:36px;\"><span>Must be\nable to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are\nused and required by the major freight carriers.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:36px;\"><span>Must be\nfamiliar with proper packaging methods.</span></p><p><span>General housekeeping, maintenance\nand organization of shipping areas. Requires hands-on cleaning and maintenance\nalong with organization and interpersonal skills to coordinate with other\ndepartments.</span></p><p><span>Prepares and expedites shipments.\nDetermines labeling requirements including but not limited to: assembling and\npackaging product cartons, preparing and affixing shipping labels on packed\ncartons, skids or other storage constructions in an accurate manner including\nany special labels that are required by the customer. Posts weights and\nshipping charges.</span></p><p><span>Quality Control. Examines outgoing\nproduct; rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with Manager/CSR\nto address issues.</span></p><p><span>Ensures the proper functioning of all\nwarehouse tools and equipment.</span></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.666666666666666px;\">REQUIREMENTS</span></strong></p><p><span>High School Diploma/GED Required.</span></p><p><span>1-3 Years of warehouse management\nexperience required.</span></p><p><span>Ability to supervise a team of\nwarehouse workers required. Strong skills in team/personnel management.</span></p><p><span>Excellent computer skills. Must be\nproficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.</span></p><p><span>Experience with Inventory Management\nSystems</span></p><p><span>Experience with UPS, USPS, FedEx,\nand other 3<sup>rd</sup> party shipping software.</span></p><p><span>Ability to lift, push and pull 50\nlbs. Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, reach, and climb/descend stairs\nsafely for up to 8 hours a day.</span></p><p><span>Must possess excellent customer\nservice skills.</span></p></div></div>\n",
