    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>NaphCare is hiring a <strong>Lead Psychology Associate </strong>to join our team of medical professionals in the <strong>Arizona Department of Corrections</strong> in <strong>Winslow, Arizona.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay rates range from <strong>$36.00 </strong>to <strong>$64.00 </strong>per hour based on shift, site needs, hire status, and experience.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Full Time and Part Time positions may be available! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a <strong>Correctional</strong> <strong>Lead Psychology Associate</strong>, you will provide psychological treatment and support to the facility residents while working alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals. This is a unique position where you can make a difference to this diverse population of patients with complex mental health needs.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Lead Psychology Associate </strong>is responsible for providing high-level clinical support, conducting complex assessments (ADHD, neuropsychological), delivering evidence-based therapy, and assisting with treatment planning under supervision. Additional responsibilities may include and not be limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct diagnostic interviews, administer and interpret psychological testing, and provide individual or group counseling.</li>\n <li>Lead clinical teams, provide guidance to junior staff, and assist with program development.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with licensed psychologists to develop, implement, and document, measurable patient treatment plans.</li>\n <li>Maintain confidential records, meet billable hour targets, and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.</li>\n <li>Coordinate care with external providers, schools, and community resources.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience / Requirements / Qualifications / Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must hold a current, unrestricted Psychology license in the <strong>STATE</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Be able to obtain BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with underserved and marginalized populations, including those with mental health and substance use disorders</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse individuals, including other medical professionals, correctional staff and judges</li>\n <li>Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work independently and in a team</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information and integrity, professionalism and ability to adhere to a Code of Conduct and comply with all facility(s) correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements</li>\n <li><strong>Must pass the facility’s criminal background check and drug screening</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join NaphCare?</strong></p>\n<p>NaphCare is one of the largest providers of healthcare services to correctional facilities throughout the US and we are growing.
