    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Summary:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>Drives assigned company vehicles primarily to deliver lumber and building materials to customers.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Assists in the loading and tie down of materials to be delivered.</li><li>Checks loads to be delivered against the invoice to ensure product, sizes and quantities are correct prior to leaving the yard.</li><li>Will unload the product at the customer&rsquo;s site location manually or with the assistance of a fork truck or helper.</li><li>Unloads and verifies product to customer&rsquo;s invoice. &nbsp;Gets customer&rsquo;s signature as possible. &nbsp;Collects COD&rsquo;s as needed.</li><li>Handles materials as to avoid damage and damage causing situations.</li><li>Follows all State and Federal Safety Laws of safe driving.</li><li>Completes all forms, reports and truck logs as required by law or Company regulations.</li><li>Readily complies with all DOT required testing and training regulations.</li><li>Responsible for safe operation, appearance, and operational readiness or their assigned vehicle, including daily servicing and maintenance such as oil, tires, lights, ropes, flares, etc.</li><li>Reports any mechanical or repair problems to the Yard Foreman.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a courteous and helpful attitude at the yard and upon all deliveries to customers and exercises caution and courtesy while driving. &nbsp;</li><li>Completes all deliveries as promptly, efficiently and safely as possible.</li><li>Calls the Yard Foreman when confronted with unanticipated situations.</li><li>Follows proper procedures while immediately reporting any vehicle accidents or near misses to the Yard Foreman.</li><li>Adheres to all safety procedures.</li><li>Follows proper procedures for inter-yard transfers.</li><li>Reports any indications of theft or bribery to foreman.</li><li>Performs yard duties when not assigned driving duties.</li><li>Maintains good housekeeping practices in assigned areas.</li><li>Displays teamwork and effort in performance of all duties.</li><li>Participates in required training assignments.</li><li>Completes any daily vehicle maintenance logs as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As with all other jobs, other duties may be assigned. &nbsp;Management reserves the right to reassign an individual in this position to another position in the interest of efficient personnel utilization.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
