    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Shift:</strong> Varied</p><p><strong>Days Off:</strong> Monday &amp; Tuesday</p><p>&nbsp;<em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>*Wage based on experience.&nbsp;</em></p><p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll be responsible for:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Leads, creates and develops strategies and revenue-generating promotions and events that encompass the casino with attention to detail. Creates promotion/event proposals, fact sheets, proposed budgets and rules. Submits proposals and rules for approval to IRGC representatives and/or legal counsel to ensure compliance with state regulations. &nbsp;</li><li>Formulates and implements both short-range and long-range goals and objectives for each promotion and event.</li><li>Oversight of operating budget for Entertainment, Promotions and Comp Food areas to ensure budget adherence.</li><li>Collaborates with the analytic team to prepare subjective analyses of completed promotions and events with recommendations for enhancements for future.&nbsp;</li><li>Interviews, hires, trains and manages Promotion Coordinators. &nbsp;Schedules staff to ensure adequate staffing for all promotions and events.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops a comprehensive execution plan to ensure details of the promotion/event are clearly understood with high attention to detail.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong> College degree in Marketing or relevant field. Minimum of three years of relevant job experience. (Additional experience may substitute for educational requirement). &nbsp;Previous supervisory experience preferred. &nbsp;Ability to communicate and interact verbally and in writing with people of diverse backgrounds. &nbsp;Competent in presenting facts and ideas in an organized and detailed manner. &nbsp;Highly motivated and comfortable working with the public. &nbsp;Self-starter must have strong follow-through skills. &nbsp;Strong internal/external customer services skills. &nbsp;Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. &nbsp;Capable of working under the pressure of deadlines. &nbsp; Skilled in training all different personality types. &nbsp;Strong grammar and editing skills, although minimal actual copywriting is required. &nbsp;Ability to work under pressure. &nbsp;Strong computer skills, fluency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Access) required. &nbsp;Working experience of Super Playmate, Outlook and Publisher are a plus. Both<strong>&nbsp;</strong>indoor and outdoor environment; requires minimal travel; moderate physical demands in supporting some promotional events. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. &nbsp;Willingness and ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.</p></div>\n",
