And, as part of our Structural team, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Here&#39;s what you&#39;ll do:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Responsible for the management, growth and professional development of Columbus Structures/Bridge Group.&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Coordinates group activities to establish priorities and assigns staff to jobs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ensures staff development, mentoring and training needs are being met.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Collaborates with other Service Lines and Groups within the office on work-sharing needs and opportunities.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs technical discipline tasks including research, reports, and design.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Manage and lead local, state, and regional projects.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assists in marketing responsibilities, including client discovery, client meet &amp; greets, proposal generation, interviews, and win-to-work activities.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Maintains client contacts to ensure client satisfaction.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform QA/QC reviews.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform other duties as needed.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>We&#39;re looking for:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. &nbsp; Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">P.E. license is required.
