      "content": "\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Prior plumbing and heating experience with a service company.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Service Titan experience a plus</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">VA Journeyman license or equivalent experience</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Tankless diagnostic and installation experience</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Sewer and Drain experience (preferred)</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Ability to prioritize tasks, tackle large jobs and execute on-time.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Ability to teach and mentor apprentices.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Demonstrated excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and pitch in as needed.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Computer skills and use of electronic devices for scheduling, invoice creation and communication to staff and customers required.</li>\n"
