Make copies, sends/receives faxes and opens/distribute mail.</li><li>Reinforces transition/discharge teaching and home care skills.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong>.</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Education:</strong>&nbsp;High School</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;One-year relevant experience</li><li><strong>Certification:</strong>&nbsp;BLS from the American Heart Association.
