    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Utilize Loss Prevention &amp; Asset Protection techniques and experience to prevent and recover lost or stolen company assets by conducting high-level investigations and coaching staff on proactive tools needed to detect and prevent misappropriate of company resources</span></p><h1 style=\"margin-left:5.0pt;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Role and Responsibilities</span></h1><ul style=\"margin-left: 13.95px;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist in the implementation of all loss prevention procedures at all Goodwill Central Texas locations by completing thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, conducting in-person interviews, collecting/writing statements, and preparing written reports.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain activity summaries, incident reports, observation reports.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Serves as an in-house subject matter expert on the CCTV camera system and access control system and utilizes these systems to investigate loss prevention matters, security, and safety incidents.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assists with the Key Control and Asset Protection programs.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Works closely with Safety/Security to maintain a positive security posture on Goodwill property.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Works with Operations and Facilities on all new buildings and remodels with placement of CCTV cameras, access control and security equipment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Use of the POS exception reports and other LP tools (Think LP, GPS, Audits, etc.).</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Participates in retail inventory counts.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monitors and reviews POS exception reports and investigates incidents that show evidence of policy violations and/or theft.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Works closely with Retail Managers and their District Managers in addressing specific Loss Prevention issues that pertain to each individual location and/or district.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Attends meetings as a Loss Prevention subject matter expert as requested.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assists company leaders with all Loss Prevention related requests.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintains a positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders including local municipal, State and Federal Law Enforcement.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensure departmental equity and compliance with all company policies and procedures.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrates ethics and comply with Corporate Compliance Program.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Meets mandatory training requirements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h1 style=\"margin-left:5.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Supervisory Responsibility</span></h1><p style=\"margin-left:5.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications </strong></span><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">5+ years loss prevention experience or related experience.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Intermediate skills in POS reporting.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and security camera and access control systems.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Certification in Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to maintain confidential information.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Valid driver&#39;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The ability to cope with and tolerate moderate levels of stress is also a necessity.
