    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Bill of Material Specialist will work with the engineering team to&nbsp;set up Bill of Materials (BOM) and create machine routings using proper labor standards and standard company practices. This position is responsible for maintaining updated drawing revisions for existing part numbers and creating part numbers for new materials.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with the engineering team to&nbsp;set up Bill of Materials (BOM) and create machine routings using proper labor standards and standard company practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate the Engineering material list/drawings to a proper Bill of Material structure in Macola with routing operations and materials.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate with manufacturing and if necessary, work on the production line to familiarize themselves with the product line so excellent communication skills are a must.</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain cleanliness and all safety standards in assigned area</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of ERP/MRP manufacturing systems is preferred, but not required</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good&nbsp;time management and organizational skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good problem solving and analytical skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Highly competent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attention to detail and must handle all inflow communications clearly</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism at all times</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in a demanding, multi-task environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and vendors</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><div class=\"fr-page-break fr-deletable\" contenteditable=\"false\" style=\"break-after: always;\" data-title=\"PageBreak\"><div class=\"fr-page-break-line\"><strong><span class=\"fr-page-break-label\">Page Break</span></strong></div></div><strong>&nbsp;</strong><p></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or G.E.D.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least two (2) years&rsquo; experience in reading engineering drawings and working with an engineering/design team in a manufacturing setting preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drafting Associate Degree is a plus.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong> The physical demands described here are representative of those necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
