We focus on outstanding customer service and fostering a secure, welcoming environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property</li><li>Manage the preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines</li><li>Manage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines</li><li>Assist in maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds</li><li>Interview, screen, and recommend candidates for maintenance technician or grounds personnel positions</li><li>Execute subsequent training of maintenance or grounds personnel</li><li>Manage scheduling and direct supervision of all in-house and/or vendor work</li><li>Maintain supply and tool inventory; oversee ordering and delivery of necessary supplies and equipment</li><li>Assist in disciplinary or promotional recommendations for maintenance and grounds personnel</li><li>Ensure OSHA standards are met at all times and maintain a safe work environment</li><li>Maintain logs and records; report unusual circumstances regarding the property</li><li>Uphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service; seek educational opportunities for personal growth</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><u>Education:</u><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical school or industry-related courses preferred</li></ul></li><li><u>Experience:</u><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Minimum four (4+) years maintenance experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician II</li><li>Experience managing maintenance operations in apartment communities</li><li>Experience with Yardi software products a plus</li></ul></li><li><u>Skills &amp; Certifications</u>:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><strong>EPA Section 608 Type I and II or EPA Universal Technician license</strong></li><li>Valid Driver&#39;s License required</li><li>CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment</li><li>Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes</li></ul></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package</li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Quarterly Increase Opportunities</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage</li><li>401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6%</li><li>Opportunities for student loan repayments, and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time, vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Join Our Team</strong>:</p><p>If you&#39;re seeking a rewarding career opportunity with one of the top Property Management organizations in the country, we want to hear from you!
