Memastikan pencapaian sasaran kinerja service Cabnag melalui perencanaan, pengkoordinasian, evaluasi, dan implementasi seluruh kegiatan Telesales, Customer & Principal Service, dan Operation Support demi kelancaran bisnis proses perusahaan dan tercapainya Service Top of Mind di relasi dan juga Principal Cabang
Responsibilities
Mencatat pesanan Pelanggan yang masuk melalui telepon (call in/call out) di buku order, melakukan penginputan ke system oracle dan menginformasikan dengan segera kepada Pelanggan atas order yang tidak dapat dilayani (ketersediaan stok, masalah pembayaran, kendala diskon, dsb) sesuai standar.
Melakukan call ke Pelanggan sesuai dengan call plan yang telah dibuat.
Melakukan proses pengajuan diskon sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Melakukan aktifitas pengajuan Pelanggan Baru dan perubahan data Pelanggan.
Melakukan penginputan complaint, berkoordinasi dengan seluruh departemen Cabang agar complaint Pelanggan dapat terselesaikan dengan baik dan membuat analisa complaint handling meliputi jumlah complaint, akar masalah, tindakan perbaikan, dan langkah perbaikan kedepan. Selanjutnya mempresentasikan ke team cabang pada saat koordinasi bulanan analisa.
Memastikan kelancaran order mulai dari proses penerimaan pesanan, input, release di KSA hingga HO, ketersediaan stok, pengantaran sesuai jadwal, hingga diterima dengan baik di Pelanggan
Menginput data retur barang sesuai SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) yang telah ditentukan
Mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan aktivitas personal service (suprising ulang tahun, hari raya dan, event penting lainnya) dan Customer Gathering (AKAR / TUNAS)
Memastikan terlaksananya kegiatan survey di Cabang
Qualifications
