We provide leading‐edge conveyor and sortation systems, voice and light‐directed order fulfillment equipment, controls and software, robotics, mezzanines, and structures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>The <strong>Cost Accountant </strong>ensures the integrity of cost accounting information by planning, studding and collecting manufacturing data to determine activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring Sponsorship </li>\n <li>Must be available to work <strong>on-site daily </strong>in Hobart, Indiana</li>\n <li>A <strong>collaborative team player </strong>who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>\n <li>Strong <strong>attention to detail</strong>, problem-solving, and strong analytical skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent <strong>communication skills </strong>for cross-functional collaboration and reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range</strong>: $88,000-$92,000K</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Improve manufacturing costs and pricing processes, procedures and standards</li>\n <li>Analyze and develop cost standards for materials and labor</li>\n <li>Analyze manufacturing wastes and identify ways to reduce inventory and proactively communicate the findings to Management</li>\n <li>Analyze inventory valuations & revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP and IFRS</li>\n <li>Support the Revit transition and coordinates interaction between finance and manufacturing</li>\n <li>Scrutinize manufacturing cost variances & optimize profitability</li>\n <li>Develops and maintains timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP</li>\n <li>Assists with monthly closing process; posting journal entries and conducting reconciliations</li>\n <li>Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting</li>\n <li>Investigate, propose and spear head process improvements relating to manufacturing expenses</li>\n <li>Participate and provide a support in internal / external auditing and other activities as requested</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>3-5 years of Cost Accounting experience in a public or private company</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of  ERP system SAP for manufacutring / accounting software and programs</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) modules including;MM, EWM, SD, PS, MM, PP etc. </li>\n <li>Highly detail-oriented and organized</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines</li>\n <li>Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees</li>\n <li>Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Why You’ll Love Working With Us!</h3>\n<p>We take care of our team from day one — literally!
