    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Quality Environmental Monitoring Technician will be responsible for performing functions including environmental monitoring, utilities monitoring, and testing in a non-sterile facility that manufacturers sterile products in an ISO Class 7/8 cleanroom system. The EM Technician will also be involved with product inspections. All tasks will be under the supervision of the Quality management team.&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities Include But are Not Limited To:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Conduct environmental monitoring (non-viable particulates, air viable, surface viable, temperatures etc.) in a cleanroom environments within the manufacturing area</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Operate monitoring equipment that includes but is not limited to Laser Particle Counter(s), Viable Air Sampler, and Viable Surface Sampling</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Monitor temperature and humidity of cleanroom(s)</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Collect water samples throughout the manufacturing facility</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Responsible for notification and re-testing of alert and action levels</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Respond to cleanroom emergencies on short notice, this could include nights, weekends or holidays</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Must be well versed in cleanroom standards and best practices, ISO 14644, EU</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Maintain documentation in accordance with GDP</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Assist in maintaining the gamma sterility program based on ISO 11137</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Trend environmental data using statistical software</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Incubate and analysis viable environmental monitoring samples</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">General lab support including housekeeping, schedule equipment maintenance/calibration, inventory of supplies, etc.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Suggest and implement corrective actions to environmental trends</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of product and vendor supplied components</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Support a culture of continuous improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Self-starter that takes imitative to perform work with minimal supervision</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Pays attention to detail and ensures high quality work</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Effective communication with co-workers and supervisors</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Possesses a good understanding of current quality control GMP regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Associates Degree in Biology, Microbiology, life sciences or 2 years of experience working in a regulated quality environment. Bachelors' degree in biology, microbiology or life sciences preferred.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Experience with Minitab, Microsoft Office, SAS 180, Apex-PF, NAV</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent; draw and interpret bar graphs.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Reasoning Ability:</strong></p>\n<p>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
