This role is fully on‑site at a customer location in Boise, Idaho and requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and customer quality personnel.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Title: Quality Inspector</em></p>\n<p><em>Location: Boise, Idaho - On-Site at Customer Site</em></p>\n<p><em>Salary: $70000 to $80,000</em></p>\n<p><em>Travel: 10%</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Weld & Fabrication Inspection</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct visual inspections of welds to verify compliance with ASME, AWS, and customer specifications.</li>\n <li>Review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Qualification Test Records (WQTR).</li>\n <li>Inspect fabricated vessels, skidded systems, and internal vessel components.</li>\n <li>Perform in‑house inspections of fabricated parts and assemblies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Piping & High‑Purity Systems</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspect PVDF/PP piping welds for high‑purity semiconductor applications.</li>\n <li>Inspect PVC piping, bonding, and internal vessel PVC assemblies.</li>\n <li>Verify installation of internal vessel components and assemblies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>On site inspection </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>When equipment arrives at site after shipment and after equipment has been moved into place by Contractor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Documentation & Reporting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photos and supporting documentation, and submit them to the Quality Manager.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of all inspections, weld activities, and fabrication processes.</li>\n <li>Ensure documentation meets customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration & Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work directly with customer‑site quality personnel to maintain strong working relationships.</li>\n <li>Provide guidance to welders and fabrication personnel to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure inspection activities align with project schedules and deliverables.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.</li>\n <li>Hands‑on experience inspecting PVDF/PP piping welds for high‑purity or semiconductor applications.</li>\n <li>Experience inspecting PVC piping and bonded assemblies.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with vessel fabrication, skidded systems, and internal component installation.</li>\n <li>Experience inspecting MEP system on site.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of WPS, WQTR, and PQR documentation.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and fabrication prints.</li>\n <li>Proficient with mechanical measuring tools and inspection equipment.</li>\n <li>Competent with MS Office applications, including Excel and Teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent working knowledge of ASME B31.3 and familiarity with ASTM, ASME, AWS D1.1, and NACE standards.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently at a customer site while maintaining professionalism and communication.</li>\n <li>Solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to fabrication teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities</strong></p>",
