In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across a variety of industries. You’ll represent our brand in the field, identify opportunities, and offer tailored signage solutions that meet our clients' needs.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect and develop new customer relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals.</li>\n<li>Meet with clients in person to understand their signage needs and propose solutions.</li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotes.</li>\n<li>Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of signage projects.</li>\n<li>Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.</li>\n<li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, construction, or related industries.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with signage materials, printing processes, and installation is a plus, but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What We Offer:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary plus commission.</li>\n<li>Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement.</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays.</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and support.</li>\n<li>A creative and collaborative work environment.</li>\n</ul>",
