Position requires strong skills and initiative in inspection, problem solving and auditing and works directly with personnel in all operational departments but may also communicate with customers if/when assigned. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Specific duties include:</p><p>· Full support and cooperation with Golden Aluminum EHS procedures and practices&nbsp;</p><p>· Audit key production processes at least bihourly to ensure consistent product quality and proactively prevent scrap.</p><p>· Provide guidance to production teams on quality concerns and assist in making informed decisions, including initiating line stoppages when necessary.</p><p>· Real-time inspection and sampling of product.</p><p>· Disposition and investigation of product held for quality review potentially completing RCA’s as necessary.</p><p>· Proper documentation, communication and record keeping as it relates to Quality Management System</p><p>· Performing internal procedural audits</p><p>· Participation External Audits led by onsite third parties.</p><p>· Calibration of measuring and monitoring systems</p><p>· Testing/retesting of product, equipment, or other parameters as assigned</p><p>· Leading or facilitating problem solving or continuous improvement activities.</p><p>· Writing of procedures as assigned</p><p>· Training departmental Trainers Operators in defect recognition and quality standards</p><p><br></p>",
