This company specializes in producing high-durability transfer, patch, and embossed labels using proprietary screen-printing technology and custom-developed inks, primarily serving large, global manufacturers in the rubber hose industry.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Prepare and process shipments accurately using <strong>FedEx and UPS shipping systems</strong></p></li><li><p>Build pallets securely for domestic and international shipments</p></li><li><p>Generate and submit shipment paperwork to the office, including package <strong>dimensions and weights</strong></p></li><li><p>Label, staple, and prepare products for final packaging and dispatch</p></li><li><p>Conduct inventory checks and <strong>record data in Excel spreadsheets</strong></p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of materials and finished goods</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards</p></li><li><p>Lift and move packages and materials <strong>up to 50 pounds</strong> regularly</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred but Not Required:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Experience with <strong>international shipping</strong>, including pallets and small-package express</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with shipping documentation for international orders (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with FedEx and UPS shipping systems (required)</p></li><li><p>Basic Microsoft Excel skills</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p></li><li><p>Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects throughout the workday</p></li></ul>",
