Other duties may be assigned.</strong></p><ul><li>Plans, organizes, coordinates and manages personnel and activities to ensure effective and efficient processing, shipping, storage, and issuance of materials while continuously striving for improvement in all materials processes.</li><li>Maintains all inventories, components, finished goods to ensure accuracy of the inventory.</li><li>Supervises physical inventory in multiple warehouses.</li><li>Responsible for the logistics of transporting materials from various facilities and suppliers</li><li>Responsible for the motivation and development of subordinates, their performance, and their personal and professional growth.</li><li>Assures that established policy, rules, regulations and procedures are followed.</li><li>Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees and safety.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a quality work environment including good housekeeping (i.e.5S).</li><li>Interfaces with other divisions and operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt and issuance of all material.</li><li>Coordinates the timely, accurate, damage-free shipments of all products.</li><li>Operate a forklift.</li><li>Recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.</li><li>Responsible for development and adherence to the policies, procedures and instructions of the QS 9000 and MMOG systems.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring budgetary goals are accomplished.</li><li><br></li></ul><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the ATC Drivetrain policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to read and understand English.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline preferred.</li><li>Five years&rsquo; experience in a multi-warehouse environment with warehousing experiencing in large warehouses (100,000 sf or larger)</li><li>International import experience required.</li><li>Experience with laying out warehouses for maximum efficiencies</li><li>Experience in selecting appropriate storage solutions and material handling equipment.</li><li>Must have Lean manufacturing experience to ensure efficient delivery of product to operations.</li><li><br></li></ul><p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong></p><p>Certifications in APIC&#39;s or Purchasing Management highly desirable.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>ATC Drivetrain provides equal employment opportunities (EEO)</em></strong></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
