font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for the kind of person who can plan, implement, and engage in youth activities in a Youth Centre and/or Elementary/High School setting.  The interested candidate should be able to create programs based on their God-given abilities while considering the needs of the community youth they are serving.  Relationship building capabilities are essential to this position.  Responsibilities include creative programming, team work and team building, personal/professional development, administrative tasks, and creating a support base of ministry partners who will financially support you in this ministry. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">You Will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work directly with youth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attend meetings: regular supervisory meetings,  monthly satellite staff meetings, bi-monthly chapter wide staff meetings</span><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">,</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> and annual retreats/conferences</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Recruit and work with volunteers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Advocate for youth through fundraising</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in the major fundraising events of the satellite</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Interact with the public, providing clear communication to parents of youth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Complete administrative tasks (monthly reports, policies, etc)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
