About Us
Eminence Medical Aesthetics is a high-end, results-driven medical spa known for advanced treatments, natural-looking outcomes, and an elevated client experience. We are seeking a polished, personable Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the face of our practice and help ensure every client interaction reflects our luxury brand standards.
Position Overview
This role is the first and last touchpoint in the client journey. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate scheduling, support treatment and skincare sales, and help maintain seamless daily clinic flow.
The ideal candidate is organized, warm, detail-driven, and comfortable balancing client hospitality with administrative precision.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
Greet, check-in, and check-out clients with professionalism and warmth
Create a welcoming, high-end environment at all times
Support retail skincare and treatment recommendations at checkout
Scheduling & Communication
Support high-volume phone calls, texts, and appointment bookings
Confirm appointments and manage schedule optimization
Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, timing, and preparation
Administrative & Clinical Support
Maintain accurate client records in EMR system
Capture before-and-after photos for medical records and marketing use
Assist with reporting, confirmations, and follow-ups
Monitor and track inventory
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished reception and retail space
Support team workflow to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
2+ years front desk, administrative, or client coordination experience preferred
Medical spa, dermatology, hospitality or aesthetics experience strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking and scheduling ability
Comfortable discussing skincare and services with clients
Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury client service
Compensation & Benefits
$20 – $25/hour + commission opportunities
