It is not hard physical work.\n Your tasks\n You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines in a regulated GMP environment.\n You will be part of a team that jointly operates several machines simultaneously.\n The work takes place under controlled conditions and requires the following clothing:\n 👟 Safety footwear\n 🧢 Hair net\n 👕 Work clothes that cover arms, legs and partially head\n 👓 Glasses\n 🎧 Hearing protection\n 📑 Employment is based on the Industrial Agreement and local agreements.\n 💼 We offer competitive wages, attractive benefits and employment in a solid international company.\n ❗ Smoking and snuff are not allowed during working hours.\n Qualifications\n Your educational background is not essential - we value experience and skills highly.\n We expect you to:\n Speak and write Danish fluently\n Be in good physical shape, as it is standing work\n Have sharp vision (not color blind)\n Thrive with teamwork\n Be stable and reliable\n ➕ It is an advantage if you:\n Have a forklift license (not a requirement - only used on a few shifts)\n Have knowledge of Lean principles\n Your profile\n You work in a structured and systematic manner and focus on quality in every detail.\n You:\n Maintain an overview - even under pressure\n Find simple and effective solutions\n Are committed and energetic\n Are stable and responsibl\n Contribute positively to cooperation and the working environment\n Pay Transparency:\n The annual base salary for this position is kr401,030.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.\n This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment.
