Our OMHC provides evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and families across multiple locations in Maryland and Washington, D.C.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Our interdisciplinary team includes therapists, clinicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and school-based professionals &mdash; all united by a shared commitment to helping every child thrive.</p>\r\n\r\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\r\n\r\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a <strong>new or early-career clinician </strong>to grow their skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. As a <strong>Therapist/Clinician</strong>, you will:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs</li>\r\n\t<li>Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans</li>\r\n\t<li>Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy) under clinical supervision</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with COMAR, HIPAA, and agency standards</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and school staff</li>\r\n\t<li>Engage families as active partners in the therapeutic process</li>\r\n\t<li>Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>11 or 12 months salaried positions with benefits and generous time off. Per Session option available. Clinical consultation groups and on-going free training with CEUs to meet requirements for licensure. Orientation and training modules before starting position with on-going mentoring and support. Provided with device and phone, while not being on-call.
