You will be going out with a Route Driver, a team of 2. Both of you are responsible for manually loading and stacking these used tires onto the back of the trucks. Each tire can weigh up to 50 lbs. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist Route Driver in picking up used tires from retail locations.</li><li>Manually load and stack tires onto the truck, ensuring proper organization and safety.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting, as each tire can weigh up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company safety protocols during the loading and unloading process.</li><li>Assist with truck inspections and ensure that the loading area remains clear and safe.</li><li>Communicate effectively with store personnel and Route Driver to ensure timely pickups.</li><li>Follow established routes and schedules for tire collection.</li><li>Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the truck bed.</li><li>Provide support to the Route Driver in navigating to locations, ensuring timely service.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Physical stamina:&nbsp;Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor for extended periods.</li><li>Teamwork:&nbsp;Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Route Driver.</li><li>Safety awareness:&nbsp;Understanding of and commitment to following safety procedures.</li><li>Punctuality:&nbsp;Dependability in adhering to the scheduled route and work hours.</li><li>Communication:&nbsp;Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with store staff and co-workers.</li><li>Attention to detail:&nbsp;Ensure accurate and safe tire loading and securement.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p><strong>EEO Statement:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
