    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The offices of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, are seeking a highly detail-oriented <strong>Rate Analyst</strong> to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, department leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale. We also offer excellent opportunities for growth and advancement while working with a collaborative team. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities & Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with the Firm and Rate Committee policies</li>\n <li>Oversee client rate increases, enforcing firm minimum rates</li>\n <li>Support re-opening rate protocols</li>\n <li>Conduct rate analyses and maintain accurate rate data</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of law firm rate processes and legal billing systems (experience with Aderant Expert Rates preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets</li>\n <li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or finance/rate related role is preferred</li>\n <li>At least 3 years of related work experience is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Lewis Brisbois is not accepting search firm submissions for this position.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-HYBRID</p>\n<p>#LI-AR1</p>\n<h2>Minimum Salary</h2>USD $75,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Maximum Salary</h2>USD $78,000.00/Yr.",
