This role involves in-depth financial analysis, strategic planning, and collaboration with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.</li>\n <li>Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.</li>\n <li>Analyze the financial impact of proposed projects or changes in business strategies.</li>\n <li>Play a central role in the forecasting process, working closely with senior management.</li>\n <li>Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts based on industry trends and organizational goals.</li>\n <li>Lead cost-benefit analysis for major projects and initiatives.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Provide financial insights to support decision-making by senior management.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial implications of various business strategies.</li>\n <li>Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development of the organization's strategic financial goals.</li>\n <li>Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide financial perspectives.</li>\n <li>Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insights.</li>\n <li>Present findings to management in a clear and understandable manner.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and insights.</li>\n <li>Work closely with accounting and other departments to ensure financial accuracy.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree required 2 years in financial planning and analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (MediumMax 25lbs): up to 25 lbs, 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 25 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: Factors affecting environment conditions may vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks. Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required.
