font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Serve as the Bank&rsquo;s Compliance Officer, CRA Officer, and SAFE Act Officer&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Lead and enhance the Bank&rsquo;s Compliance Management System (CMS)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Oversee CRA, HMDA, Fair Lending, mortgage quality control, and consumer complaint programs&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementation across the organization&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate regulatory examinations, compliance reviews, and audits&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and risk assessments&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt;
