This role is ideal for someone early in their payroll career who is looking to build strong foundational experience in a collaborative, high-volume environment. The Regional Payroll Administrator provides hands-on support to ensure payroll processes are completed accurately and on time, while continuing to build skills and knowledge within the payroll function. Support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple payrolls, ensuring data accuracy and integrity; Validate employee information including hours worked, earnings, benefits and banking details; Prepare earnings information as required; Ensure all documentation is processed in accordance with company policies and payroll procedures; Meet established payroll deadlines in a timely and accurate manner; Identify opportunities for improvement and support enhancements to payroll processes; Collaborate with payroll and HR team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment; Maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality; Apply problem-solving skills and sound judgement, with support from the team as needed; Perform other duties as required.
