The Certified Recovery Specialist, working under the direction of the clinical team, will perform the following duties:</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Assist in the scheduling appointments and linkages to community services.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Participate in facilitating the program graduation ceremony&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Co-facilitate groups</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Escort patients to appointments</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Support patients and assist in processing patients after family visits</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Work with clinical team in efforts to bring in resources</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Utilize a trauma informed approach in all client interactions</span></li><li><span style='font-family:     \"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Adhere to the organizations infectious control policies and standards</span></li><li><span style='font-family:     \"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Document observed patient behaviors&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:     \"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Perform clinical interventions as needed</span></li><li><span style='font-family:     \"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Provide positive feedback to patients in a thoughtful and positive manner</span></li><li><span style='font-family:     \"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Act as a positive role model&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:     \"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Possess knowledge of addiction concepts and effects of alcohol and drugs on adults</span></li><li><span style='font-family:     \"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Follow protocols to ensure a hazard free environment</span></li><li><span style='font-family:     \"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Assisting doctors while seeing patients</span></li></ul></div>\n<br/>Monday - Friday<br/>8:00 am - 4:30 pm",
