This role is designed for a highly experienced mechanical engineer and combines <strong>hands‑on technical execution with system ownership and continuous improvement</strong>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and continuously improve <strong>preventive maintenance concepts</strong> for equipment, tools, and fixtures</p></li><li><p>Perform <strong>hands‑on maintenance activities</strong> on critical tools and during complex interventions or escalations</p></li><li><p>Improve existing fixtures and <strong>design, validate, and standardize new coating and production fixtures</strong></p></li><li><p>Establish and own a <strong>robust maintenance system</strong>, including spare‑parts strategy, inventory definition, and replenishment models</p></li><li><p>Maintain <strong>fixtures, preventive maintenance plans, and spare‑parts inventories</strong></p></li><li><p>Drive <strong>continuous improvement initiatives</strong> across maintenance, tooling, and equipment interfaces</p></li><li><p>Perform and coordinate <strong>metrology activities</strong> for tools, process re‑qualification, and cleanroom extensions</p></li><li><p>Lead <strong>troubleshooting of tool and process issues</strong> in collaboration with product engineering teams</p></li><li><p>Evaluate, qualify, and technically manage <strong>local suppliers</strong> for fixture manufacturing</p></li><li><p>Support <strong>local implementation of new products into high‑volume manufacturing (HVM)</strong></p></li><li><p>Manage <strong>engineering changes</strong>, including drawings and documentation</p></li><li><p>Actively contribute to <strong>maintenance training</strong>, transferring standards, best practices, and technical know‑how</p></li></ul><p>This position is a <strong>technical authority and system owner</strong>, with strong cross‑functional impact on production robustness, cost efficiency, and manufacturing scalability, fully aligned with senior engineering expertise.</p>",
