You'll work across teams to deliver robust telemetry, enhance reliability, and enable data‑driven operational excellence.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>You will:</strong></p><div><ul><li>Implement observability frameworks covering <strong>metrics, logs, traces, profiling, and events</strong>.</li><li>Build scalable telemetry pipelines using technologies such as <strong>OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jaeger, Tempo</strong>, or similar.</li><li>Develop instrumentation libraries, SDKs, agents, and exporters for distributed services.</li><li>Optimize ingestion, storage, and query performance for high‑volume telemetry data.</li><li>Partner with engineering and SRE teams to define and measure <strong>SLIs/SLOs/SLAs</strong>.</li><li>Build dashboards, alerts, and diagnostics tools to support real‑time monitoring and troubleshooting.</li><li>Lead data‑driven incident analysis and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Automate deployments and configuration of observability systems</li><li>Champion observability best practices across the engineering organization.</li></ul></div><p><br><strong>Take the first step towards your dream career</strong>&nbsp;<br>Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
