Human Resources Business Partner
Great HR professionals build strong relationships, guide leaders through difficult conversations, and help create better workplaces.
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner with 2–5 years of experience who wants to continue growing in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and wants exposure to meaningful employee relations work, investigations, leadership support, performance management, accommodations, and workplace strategy.
You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business while working alongside a supportive and experienced HR team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting leaders with employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
Conducting and assisting with investigations and conflict resolution
Coaching managers through performance conversations, discipline, and terminations
Supporting leaves, accommodations, and HR compliance processes
Assisting with compensation changes, employment agreements, and organizational changes
Helping improve HR processes, tools, and overall employee experience
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of HR experience in an HRBP, Generalist, or Employee Relations-focused role
Preference given to candidates with related post-secondary credentials and/or CPHR designation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in handling sensitive employee matters professionally
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
Someone proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
