Description

HELM is now hiring for Ford Customization Account Managers across in key metro markets throughout the United States! This position is responsible for growing the sales, penetration and loyalty of Ford Customization parts and accessories with dealerships and wholesale accounts in assigned territory. Responsibilities: · Increase sales, loyalty and utilization of Ford Customization products to achieve revenue goals and increase Per New Unit Retail (PNUR). · Serve as Ford Customization product specialist for dealer personnel and Ford field personnel. · Execute product and sales process training within dealerships to increase offerings and customer presentations by the sales and finance department. · Consult with dealerships on new vehicle ordering to maximize Ford Customization penetration through various application methods (in-plant, custom garage and dealer installed) · Support Ford Customization event activation as requested. · Implement Ford Customization displays and vehicle builds at assigned dealerships. · Increase dealer participation and sales through accessory e-commerce channels. · Increase Ford Customization wholesale penetration through independent accessory installers and wholesale distributors. · Provide feedback to Ford Customization corporate team regarding product, pricing and incentive opportunities to increase sales.
