    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian <strong>Full-time Case Manager RN</strong> at Fairchild Air Force Base in <strong>Spokane, Washington.</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Emphasis on work-life balance </li>\n <li>Outpatient environment & updated facilities (not a remote position)</li>\n <li><strong>No weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities </strong></li>\n <li>Monday-Friday (8-hour day shifts)</li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, with an estimated annual income of 80,000 to 84,000</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k</li>\n <li>Paid vacation and sick days</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree of Nursing.
