In 1994, we began offering our staffing services throughout the city of Chicago and the western suburbs. Our goal was to differentiate ourselves in the market by focusing on the candidate experience: treating people better than anyone else. Our Mission is to be the most referred staffing firm in Chicago. We accomplish this by offering our candidates and clients a Remarkable Hiring Experience. First off, let me tell you a little bit about our company… We are Smart Resources and Accountable Search. It is our mission to be the most referred staffing firms in Chicagoland, and to provide a superior service to our candidates and clients.  We are a collaborative team of staffing professionals who are on a mission to place great candidates with amazing companies.  We do this through listening to what our candidates and clients are looking for and asking the tough questions to make sure we get the right match. Our culture is very important to us.  We have grown steadily over the years, but our culture has remained strong, and this is because of the awesome people on our team.  So what is this culture like? We work together. We share information that is valuable to our teammates and work to maintain effective communication. We are helpful to our candidates, clients, and coworkers. We do not gossip (yes, we actually talk about this) We want to grow. We want to grow as individuals, as a team, and as a company.  We have open doors. Our management is always willing to hear new ideas and opinions. If all of this sounds interesting to you… here is more about the role we are looking to hire for. We are looking to add to our Outside Sales team.  This role’s primary function is to develop relationships with local companies to drive our business forward.  This is a hunter role, and is best for someone who really wants a client facing sales role. Here are a few more details: This role is primarily out of our downtown office. It does require you to come into the office (to connect with our recruiters and team) when you are not out in the field connecting with clients. You will do a significant amount of cold calling, but you will also connect with clients through networking, e-mail blasts, etc. Does this sound like a role you would be successful in?  Do you have previous experience in a metrics-driven environment (preferably in sales or recruiting)?
