The ideal candidate possesses strong financial expertise, advanced technical data skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of complex financial and operational data</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, KPI reporting, and advanced financial models</li>\n <li>Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Operations, and IT teams to support strategic planning and business initiatives</li>\n <li>Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes through data-driven analysis</li>\n <li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational performance</li>\n <li>Design and automate scalable reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy</li>\n <li>Develop predictive models, scenario analyses, and variance reporting to support business decisions</li>\n <li>Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP, data warehouse, and reporting systems</li>\n <li>Lead ad hoc financial and operational analyses for senior leadership and executive teams</li>\n <li>Support M&A analysis, business cases, and investment evaluations as needed</li>\n <li>Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in financial analytics and reporting</li>\n <li>Provide management and development to the finance and accounting team</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support reporting controls and governance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or related field. </li>\n <li>5-8+ years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, data analytics, or related roles. </li>\n <li>MBA, CPA, or related certification preferred</li>\n <li>Experience in corporate finance, treasury, or strategic finance environments</li>\n <li>Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.</li>\n <li>Advanced skills with complex modeling, Power Query, and data analysis techniques. </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling</li>\n <li>Strong experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker</li>\n <li>Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms</li>\n <li>Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud analytics platforms, and financial systems integrations</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements independently</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirments</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to perform repetitive motion activities, such as typing, regularly.</li>\n <li>Frequently required to sit for prolonged periods of time, reach for/manipulate standard office equipment, communicate with various staff and/or reach for and manipulate objects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Environment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly exposed to indoor/climate-controlled office environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Min</h2>USD $135,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Compensation Max</h2>USD $155,000.00/Yr.",
