Duties include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs assessments, evaluations, and establishes a plan and goals for massage therapy.</li>\n <li>Performs massage therapy treatments as prescribed by the Attending Physician and the Suncrest Hospice team.</li>\n <li>Instructs patients, family and staff in the use of massage therapy.</li>\n <li>Reports on client's response to treatment or any changes in condition.</li>\n <li>Documents services delivered using electronic methods on day of service.</li>\n <li>Attends team conferences upon request.</li>\n <li>Participates in Performance Improvement activities, as requested.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program</li>\n <li>Currently certification or license required by state law</li>\n <li>One year of massage therapy experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Proof of professional liability insurance.</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required vehicle insurance.</li>\n</ul>",
