Job Description BRAM Auto Group is one of the largest family-owned businesses in the Tri-State area serving customers in New York and New Jersey for over 50 years. BRAM is a premier automotive management group- we own and operate 13 innovative Dealership Locations representing Lexus, Honda, Toyota, Cadillac, INEOS Grenadier, Genesis, and Hyundai Brands. We are looking for an Automotive Service Drive Sales Representative ; for our Lexus of Queens location, who is responsible for maximizing vehicle sales through prospecting customers from the service lane. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all facets of the vehicle sales/lease process from greeting the customer from the service lane to delivery of the vehicle and (related follow up), subject to responsibilities expressly reserved for management Consistently follows road to sale as set forth by management (i.e. walk around, test drive, needs analysis, etc.) Maintains minimum target sales goals set by upper management Displays excellent customer service skills, including without limitation: Managing difficult or challenging customer situations; responding promptly to customer needs; soliciting customer feedback to improve service; responding to requests for service and assistance; meeting commitments to customers and management Works effectively with, and assists, other Sales Consultants, co-employees and dealership management to create and maintain effective customer relationships and sell, lease, or deliver vehicles Completes accurate paperwork accompanying vehicle sales Maintains highest ethical standards and utilizes legal and ethical selling techniques Maintains CSI scores and survey returns at or above company standards Demonstrates knowledge of product knowledge and market conditions relating to vehicle lease/sales Requires minimal supervision and uses resources efficiently and effectively and seeks feedback to improve performance Follows Safeguards Rules and company safety procedures and policies Job Qualifications: Subject to applicable law, individuals employed in this position must demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies. This list is not all –inclusive and maybe amended or supplemented as business needs dictate. Individuals employed in this position must be able to stand, sit and mobilize through various dealership work areas (sometimes for extended periods) Individuals employed in this position must have neat, clean, and professional appearance Individuals employed in this position must have the ability to work under pressure and have excellent negotiation/ closing skills Individuals employed in this position must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groups Individuals employed in this position must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and management Individuals employed in this position must be able to read, and generally analyze and interpret relevant business periodical, professional journals, technical procedures and/or government regulations and write reports and general business correspondence.
